On going monitoring for the rare Ramshorn snail on SWT Reserve at Catcott. This is one of the Somerset Levels rarest invertebrates at a site which is being especially managed by the SWT to protect this tiny snail. Meet at SWT Catcott car park at ST399414
First visit by RoAM to the Somerset Wildlife Trust new site on the Avalon Marshes. We have been asked to carrying out a survey of all taxonomic, especially terrestrial invertebrates. Meet at 10:30 Avalon Marshes Centre to car share to site.

Canada Farm mire has been subject to major works to conserve the peatland. This is a survey to see how well the wildlife is recovering after the works have been completed. Meet at Avalon Marshes Centre.
The second trip of the year to this site to add further data on the important wildlife site Meet at Cartgate Services on A303 ST479190. Access to the reserve is via a wooden double gate.
